Regret is a Sacred Teacher of New Beginnings

As I started to write this Blog, I heard a loud crack and saw my beautiful Jasmine Plant slipping sideways. The overturned basket where she had happily lived was breaking. My Jasmine Plant has grown healthy and vibrant. She now needs a stronger foundation to flourish. Are you like my jasmine plant? Have you grown healthy and vibrant while regret, unresolved emotions, and attachment to toxic situations have weakened your present foundation? Before creating a new solid platform, please reflect on what may weaken you during a forward movement. Unfortunately, if you carry unnecessary burdens into the future, your new base may be undermined by the rot of an unresolved past. Spirit has gifted you a wise teacher named Lady Regret. Lady Regret points out what still bothers your soul. And this is the key to release. Instead of ignoring her sad whispers, you must listen & learn the lessons that will free your spirit. All mistakes are missteps. They teach us to do better in the future.

Lady Regret's Sacred Vision Empowered by the Supermoon

Imagine a moon that is radiant with love & determination. The Moon Goddess wishes you to seek the freedom of the truth of your past. While you drink in her wisdom, a beautiful calm lake is before you. A white shadow moves toward the shore. The shadow forms into a beautiful swan with an annoyed goddess on her back. The goddess stares at you, demanding your attention. Instead of a gentle encounter, you face an uncertain outcome. Lady Regret has arrived. She is not what you expected; where is her sadness, her tears? The Lady is a freedom teacher, but her wisdom can only be achieved through courage & honesty. Yes - you made mistakes, created terrible decisions, & allowed fear to block your progress. People hurt you (& you hurt people). Embrace your regret, the pain, & the guilt. Own them - they are part of you. Allow your heart to howl with the immensity of your misfortunes. Then, ask, "What did I learn from this experience? Who do I need to forgive?" Whisper: "I am human; I forgive myself and those who hurt me. As I release this burden, I feel wiser, older, & smarter. The future is mine to conquer, mine to create. Thank you, Lady Regret, you lift me out of a black hole into a higher future."
